By using the Services or registering an account you agree to the processing described. Without certain required information some Services cannot be provided. PSE Solutions GmbH, Friedauweg 2, 6023 Rothenburg, is the responsible entity.
Personal data
Personal data means information that identifies, or can be attributed to, an individual, directly or in combination with other information available to PSE Solutions GmbH. Properly anonymised or aggregated information that can no longer identify an individual is not treated as personal data.
Changes to this policy
We publish changes and their effective date on the website and recommend checking regularly. If a change affects consent already granted, we will seek renewed consent.
Our privacy principles
Our company-wide data protection principles apply across our business, including software supplied to customers.
Data collection
Information you provide may include your name, addresses, telephone numbers, email, user ID, order and transaction information, content associated with an account, payment details, age and gender in specific cases, website form submissions, information obtained during communications, recordings of calls where consent has been obtained, and information required for authentication or legal compliance.
Information collected automatically may include device identifiers, device type, operating system, geolocation where enabled, connection and usage statistics, page views, access date and time, referral URLs, advertising information, IP address, browser history and web logs. Location access can generally be controlled via mobile-device settings.
Cookies, web beacons and similar technologies may record pages viewed, links clicked and actions in our Services or messages. Cookies are small files on your device and may store settings or support usage analysis. You can block cookies using your browser settings, although some functions may then be unavailable.
For analytics we may use providers such as Matomo (InnoCraft Ltd, Wellington, New Zealand) and HockeyApp. Information may be transmitted to and stored on servers outside Switzerland, including in New Zealand and the United States. Providers evaluate use, prepare reports and provide related services. Information may be shared where required by law or processed by providers' subcontractors. For additional information consult the original provider privacy statements. PSE Solutions GmbH does not accept responsibility for independent processing by external providers.
We may use technologies considered automated decision-making or profiling. We will not make automated decisions that materially affect you unless required for a contract, authorised by consent or permitted by law.
Information from other sources may include publicly available demographic details, additional contact data, creditworthiness information and data from credit agencies where permitted by law. Social networks may provide information about viewed or liked content and advertisements when you connect an account or grant permissions. Your social-network settings control the available information. Where video-related permissions are granted, viewing information may be shared for at least two years or until you withdraw consent as described in the original policy. Other users may submit information about you; they must inform you in advance and obtain your express consent.
Use and retention
We use personal data to fulfil statutory and contractual duties, provide and improve our Services, contact you and offer support, prevent and investigate fraud and unlawful activities, and provide marketing messages where you have consented.
For fulfilment, improvement and personalisation, we may enable account access, display content and products, provide access to your history and messages, adjust and measure the Services, supply requested features and use location data for location-based results, advertising and services.
To contact you about your account and support matters, we may address account problems, enforce payment claims or agreements and contact you by email, telephone, SMS or post. Marketing data may be used to personalise and measure advertising and send offers, discounts, service updates or promotional messages where legally permitted or consented to.
We use data to prevent, detect, limit and investigate fraud, security breaches and prohibited or illegal conduct and to enforce our policies. Data from active accounts is retained while necessary; information concerning closed accounts may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, debt collection, troubleshooting or investigations. Information no longer required is securely destroyed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional messages using the link in the email or notification settings in your account. You may also object to or withdraw consent for personalised advertising. Other information may still be processed as described here.
Disclosure of information
Information may be disclosed to affiliated companies and service providers working on our behalf, including abroad subject to adequate protection. The data disclosed is limited to what is necessary for its purpose. We do not pass data to independent third parties for their own marketing without your express consent.
Affiliated companies may provide shared content, registration, transactions, customer support, fraud prevention, security and personalised advertising; they may only send promotional messages if you have consented. External service providers and financial partners may help provide Services, process payments and advertising, fulfil orders, send related messages, prevent wrongdoing, enforce terms, assist with debt collection and business programmes. Agreements restrict their data use and require security measures; they may not sell, lease or otherwise disclose your information without authorisation.
We may disclose information to law enforcement, public authorities, authorised recipients, rights holders, credit agencies or parties to legal proceedings when legally required or permitted, to defend claims, investigate unlawful acts, protect rights, property or safety, or avert imminent danger or financial harm.
Change of ownership
In a merger or acquisition data may be transferred to the successor under our privacy principles. The successor must uphold this policy; we will inform you in advance of processing for other purposes.
Security
We take technical and organisational measures to reduce risks of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. Contact us immediately if you suspect account abuse. Despite reasonable safeguards, errors in transmission or access by third parties cannot be entirely excluded.
Access, correction and deletion
You may view and correct information in your account and should update inaccurate data promptly. Some published content may not be immediately removable. After a valid deletion request we close the account and remove data from public areas as reasonably possible and legally allowed.
You may request information on whether we process personal data about you, its purposes, data categories, recipient categories, intended retention period and data source. You may object to processing, request correction, deletion or restriction as provided by applicable law. Requests can be directed to support@pse-solutions.ch or the postal address above. We may refuse requests in cases allowed by law and will explain the reasons. Withdrawal of consent may prevent access to certain Services or support.

Privacy policies of third parties
This policy covers only information we collect and process. If you pass data to third parties or visit third-party websites, their own privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing their policies and security practices before sharing information.
